I began sensing the spirit world when I was a child. By the time I was a teenager, I was aware of my connection to spirit. My intuitive and healing gifts have been unfolding ever since and have helped many people find peace and direction.

I have embraced conscious parenting over the past eighteen years and I have three wonderful children who are my greatest teachers.

I gain inspiration for my writing whilst out in nature amongst the trees or by the sea.

I enjoy spending part of my time as a teacher in a primary school.

I love to travel and experience how other people live and celebrate their lives. I enjoy visiting sacred places. My favourites so far are the pyramids in Egypt and Ojai (Valley of The Moon), California.

I love to read, read, read and write, write, write.

I know that every act of kindness and compassion changes the world.
